Working alongside with Theresa for four years, both of us reporting directly to the CEO of a €600M+ business division, has been one of the most inspiring and professionally rewarding experiences of my career. In a global matrix organization, she is a great to have senior servant Leader. Would I recommend her? Without hesitation — and without limitation. Theresa is a fantastic leader. I worked alongside her supervision for 3 years. Her management style is innovative, inspirational and invaluable.
