About me
Theresa Tenneberg
Who I am
My name is Theresa Tenneberg.
I support companies in reshaping their business models, turning innovations into market-ready solutions, and enabling sustainable scaling – with strategic foresight, strong leadership, and deep expertise in digital transformation.
What shapes me
For 20 years, I’ve been working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organization — with a clear focus on implementation and impact. What sets me apart is clear analysis, operational responsibility, and the ability to lead organizations through complex changes — with a focus on people and a clear focus on results.
These transformations are often triggered by periods of upheaval: strong growth, revenue slumps, acquisitions and integrations, regulatory changes, or increasing competitive pressure.
It is precisely in these moments that I take on responsibility – both strategically and operationally.
My path
- Studied business administration at the Humboldt University of Berlin
- Five years as a consultant at Roland Berger, reorganization, efficiency and commercial due diligence projects in industrial medium-sized companies, for corporations and investors
- Ten years at TÜV SÜD, in corporate strategy, innovation and later as Chief Digital Officer of the Industry Services Division
- Strategic development of over 10 business areas, focus on global growth strategies, digitalization and AI
- Move to a private equity-led SaaS company as SVP Product & Software Engineering, and business unit manager – with responsibility for product portfolio strategy, platform development and management of the product and development teams
- Since 2024 self-employed – as an interim executive and business developer with clear responsibility for results
I am also a certified business coach – which complements my work as a sparring partner for management teams and decision-makers: with focus, clarity and dialogue at eye level.
What drives me
I believe in the potential of organizations to achieve more – when structures are clear, products are relevant, and leadership is effective.
I’m not just interested in strategy, but also in what drives it in reality. I enjoy working in systems that need
to change – and helping them do so .
Digitalization and AI offer enormous potential – both economically and socially. I’m driven to finally harness this potential.
